Pazo Operations Management System drives efficiency and manages bottlenecks by automating daily business processes. We as team PAZO have launched a new set of updates to serve you better. Please find the list of few updates we have launched newly.
- New “Document” upload feature with versioning added
Now Users can upload documents (PDF, Word, XLS etc.) in sections which can be defined. Users can maintain multiple versions of documents. The client admin can give access to some users to upload/approve documents for respective departments. Approved documents will be seen in field app according to departments and sites.

- Now download excel of checklist data for multiple sites with selectable fields
Users with manager access can download reports with customizable field options within any specific date range across all sites.
E.g. Data for Oil level for DG for one sites or multiple sites can be downloaded in excel. The user can run an analysis and get insights from them.
- Now Access and Download Issues From the Multisite Page With Site and Department Filters
Previously, to track the issues users have to visit the individual site. Now with new release users with manager access with multiple sites access can view the issues on the multisite dashboard itself. They can also download those issues, by applying the filters provided.
- Now Reply To Images In Chat By Quoting Them With Annotation
In messaging now the users can reply to images sent on chat by quoting them with annotation. The example is shown in the image below.
- Default location for Issuer
Previously, issue requester can see all the locations mapped to the property/site. Now with this release, it is possible to hide all locations from issue requester making it more user-friendly and efficient for the requester.
To achieve this, a site should have a location by name General. Hence for issue requester by default, this general location would be selected.
- More Attachment Options In Chat Responses
Initially, in responses users could only attach images. Now users can attach images as well as any type of files apart from audio and video.
- Now Admins can chat and respond to messages from WebApp.
A user with manager access can chat, respond to Web App. Responses from field app users can be seen in the web app.
