We’ve been working hard on a few features that would make PAZO more efficient and more useful to you. We’re excited to introduce you to our newest features of v7.5 in this blog. Here that has the important points.
MOBILE APP FEATURES
1. Revamped Communication Feature
Now, users can start a one-to-one chat, create groups or create a task from within a group in just 3 simple steps. We made it simple for the users to chat directly to a person or to a group of people across all the sites within the organization.
Users can create Questions, Tasks, and Approval in a single step within a group. Chats and Tasks are displayed on the separate Tabs for ease of use. Similarly, searching a particular user from a list and filtering users based on Site and Departments is now made simple and intuitive.
2. Checklist Review on Field App
Now, a user who has Viewer & Field User Access rights can review the submitted checklists of their own departments by logging in to the field app. The Review Pending Tab on the Field App Dashboard displays the count of total checklists submitted which are pending for review.
- Register Feature Enhancements (Excel style view checklists):
Users can easily see the Flag Fields highlighted in Red color in the Registers (Excel Style View).
If any of the fields in the register has images then it can be viewed in an enlarged manner by clicking the image(s) or by pressing ENTER Button on the selected cells while using a keyboard.
Info icon will be shown for fields which have description Info or Image. Clicking on the info icon will show a popup with a description.
2. Modifications in Custom Dashboard:
Users can now create a New Graph for Total Scheduled Checklists choosing Checklist Data Option under select data field in the Create Chart Section of Custom Dashboard.
Users can now create New Graph for Issues raised exclusively by issuers in the select data option in the Create Chart Section of Custom Dashboard.
Now, users can choose from the list of colors while creating or editing a graph.
The Graphs in Custom Dashboard can now be reordered easily via drag and drop.
3. New Setup Page introduced for Consolidation of Settings
A New Setup Page has been introduced for consolidation of all the settings for Site Level and Client Level. These settings will automatically be filtered as per the user’s permissions.
4. Introduced Holidays Feature for Schedules
Now, a Super Admin can define Holiday Sets and Assign them to particular schedules for disabling those schedules on those particular dates.
Particular Site Admins can assign or disable Holidays by selecting schedules on the schedules page with the options provided “Assign Holidays Set” and “Disable Holidays Set”.

6. Updated Audit Trail
Users Log Details are now shown in the Audit Trail. It shows login details such as IP Address, Browser, OS Version and Platform for WEB, whereas, for Mobile, details will be shown such as IP Address, App Version and Phone Model.
