Pazo Operations Management System drives efficiency and manages bottlenecks by automating daily business processes. We as team PAZO have launched a new set of updates to serve you better. Please find the list of few updates we have launched newly.

  1. Issues Notification Emails:

Previously when an issue was raised an email notification was sent to the concerned person (if the email was registered). Now there will be three notification emails sent to registered email ids under department escalation manager as described below if the issue is not closed.

Login to app.gopazo.com. Go to site Dashboard. Hover on “Settings”> Click “ Manage Users”> Click on “Departments”> Click on the specified department > You can see “Escalation Manager”. Put the escalations manager email ids or user ids.> Click on “Update”.

2. Monthly Anytime Schedules:

There could be some reports/checklists which needs to be submitted every month but don’t have any deadline. Now we have monthly any time scheduled for that. Notifications email(s) will be sent if the checklist is not submitted as listed below.

The email(s) will be sent to the registered email Ids under department escalation manager.

Login to app.gopazo.com. Go to site Dashboard. Hover on “Settings”> Click “ Manage Checklist Schedules”> Select the checklist>Hover on “Add a schedule for this Checklist”> Click on “Add a Monthly Schedule”> Select “Any time of the month and feed other relevant details like department location etc. and Click on “Save and Quit”.

3. Long Text in Issues Custom Fields:

In Pazo, users can customize issue form as per their requirement. Now they have one more option which is multiple line text box to add. Now they need to add ‘Long Text’ in issues custom field to achieve this.

Go to app.gopazo.com. enter your credentials. Hover on “Manage”> Select “Issue” from drop-down> Go to  “Issue fields” section. Click on “Add filed”>  “Long Text” can be seen in the drop-down.

 

4. Checklist Schedules Calendar:

Previously in Pazo, we could see the schedules for the day. With this release, users can view checklist schedules in the calendar. Calendar view can be set as month wise, week wise, day wise and list view. Users have an option to filter the schedules according to department and type of schedule to give them the more customized view of schedules.

Login to app.gopazo.com. Go to “Site Dashboard”> Hover on “Checklists”> dropdown you can see “Schedules Calendar”. > Click on schedules calendar.

 

5. Image Paste Options for Comment Boxes: 

To give the user more comfort in using the web application we have introduced this feature of copying an image from an external source into the image upload area, previously, while raising an issue from web app, image(s) had to be uploaded. Now users can directly paste images into image box making it more user-friendly.

Login to app.gopazo.com. Go to “Site Dashboard”> Hover on “Issues”> dropdown you can see “Raise an Issue”. > Under add photos you can upload an image or directly paste it into the box.
